Refund & Exchange Policy

At TOOM CHALLA, we offer exchanges only; refunds are not available.

Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are only for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered. Minor color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects. Exchanges for a change of mind are not allowed.

  2. Notification: Please notify us immediately upon delivery if an exchange is needed. Send a video of the unboxing showing the issue within 6 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Return Process: Customers are responsible for returning the item via a reputable courier. We’ll process the exchange once the item is received in its original, undamaged condition.

Important: Exchanges will not be accepted if we aren’t notified within 6 hours of delivery.
