1: All Orders placed via our Website, Instagram, or WhatsApp are dispatched daily by 4:00 p.m. using TCS.

2: Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days across Pakistan.

3: Urgent / Next-Day delivery is available for Rs. 500.

4: Our Customer Service on WhatsApp is always ready to ensure your order reaches you smoothly and on time.

1: We gladly offer exchanges if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

2: To Request an Exchange, Contact us immediately and send a video proof of the issue.

3: Customers must return the item via a reputable courier in its original condition. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange promptly.

Please note:

1: Exchanges are not available for change of mind.

2: Any issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

1: Standard delivery: Rs. 200 across Pakistan.

2: Urgent/Next-Day delivery: Rs. 500.
