TOOM CHALLA – Terms of Service

By placing an order with TOOM CHALLA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Placement & Cancellation

1: Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

2: If you wish to cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp within 1 hour of placing it.

3: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled, and the customer is expected to receive them.

2. Shipping & Delivery

1: Orders are dispatched daily by 4:00 p.m. via TCS.

2: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days across Pakistan.

3: Shipping charges:
    A: Standard delivery: Rs. 200
    B: Urgent / Next-Day delivery: Rs. 500
4: Our WhatsApp support is always available to help ensure your delivery is smooth and on time.

3. Exchange & Returns

1: Exchanges are available only if the item is damaged or significantly different from what was shown. Change of mind is not eligible.

2: Customers must notify us within 6 hours of receiving the order and provide video proof via WhatsApp.

3: Items must be returned in their original condition via a Reputable courier. Exchanges are processed once the returned item is Received safely.

4. Refund Policy

1: We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed under the Conditions stated above.

5. Product Quality & Disclaimer

1: Slight color variations due to Screen differences are normal and Not considered a defect.

2: Product images and descriptions are intended to be as accurate as possible.

6. Customer Responsibility

1: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. TOOM CHALLA is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect information.

2: Refusing to accept a dispatched order may result in limitations on future purchases.
